Build a 3D printable soap dish with configurable round holes or drainage slots, foot-safe perforations, optional corner rubber pad seats, and personalized text/emoji/SVG on a raised plaque or a flat cleared floor.
Custom Ribbed Soap Dish Builder
Design a custom ribbed soap dish for 3D printing with adjustable tray dimensions, raised interior soap supports and a continuous outer rim. Choose rectangular drainage slots, a denser repeating pattern of round drainage holes, or a solid floor. The built-in preview lets you customize your ribbed soap dish before exporting the model.
Choose Round Holes or Rectangular Drainage Slots
Switch the drainage pattern between the original rectangular slots and repeated circular perforations. Adjust round hole diameter and spacing to change drainage density. The builder places openings between the support ribs, maintains clearances from the dish edge, and avoids both corner-foot footprints and any selected central personalization surface. Turn perforations off to make a solid-bottom tray that catches drips and must be emptied regularly.
Choose Underside Ribs or Four Corner Feet
Select full-length underside drainage ribs, four corner feet or no underside supports. The corner-foot option includes adjustable foot diameter, height and edge inset. For extra grip, enable recessed rubber pad seats to create four defined circular mounting locations for separately purchased self-adhesive rubber bumpers. Adjust the seat diameter and recess depth to match the pads you intend to use; measure the pads before printing. Rubber bumpers are optional accessories, not generated STL parts.
Personalize Your 3D Printable Soap Dish
Choose a Flat Base Area or a Raised Plaque for personalization, or select None to retain uninterrupted ribs. Flat Base Area clears the center of ribs and drainage holes so text, emojis or SVG artwork can sit directly on the soap dish floor. Raised Plaque preserves the elevated bridge option. Both use the same text alignment, line spacing and artwork positioning controls. For more projects, browse the STLPlayground 3D model builders collection.
3D Printing and Soap Dish Care
Check the print preview and slicer for connected, manifold geometry, particularly with recessed corner feet or a flat personalized area. If using adhesive rubber bumpers, confirm their thickness leaves adequate contact with the countertop after seating. Choose a water-tolerant printing material, allow the dish to drain and dry, and clean it regularly. This printable ribbed soap dish is not a plumbing fixture.
